There are plenty of companies that are helping with veteran hiring. We focus on the why before we focus on the skills. What I’ve found is just because a skills translator said this is what a candidate would be good at doesn’t mean that fulfills him/her. We seek to understand the purpose of the client's organization so we can fit them with a veteran candidate whose WHY meets that purpose. That's a perfect fit and the makings of a mutually beneficial long term relationship.
