Launch Lab X is a 16-week program which is application-based and free for veteran and veteran-spouse entrepreneurs.  Additionally, an assigned mentor meets with participants weekly and supports participants with business challenges.  There are 16-weekly three-hour round-table discussions ranging on topics such as: Streamlining Operations; Digital Marketing; Raising Capital; Sales and Business Development/ Pitch; Product Market Fit; Pricing; Values based leadership and; Managing Risk.

“We are honored to receive this grant from Boeing and humbled to know they see the difference that we’re making in these veteran entrepreneurs,” said Joe Witte, Executive Director of Bunker Labs PHL and a former Captain in the US Army.  “In a short period of time, we’ve had 37 companies take part in our cohort program.  It’s the support from organizations like Boeing that continue to allow us to further our mission of inspiring transitioning veterans to start their own company, educate them to help further their success and connect them with other business leaders and stakeholders.”

“Boeing is committed to making sure that our military forces continue to have the advantage after their service is done,” said Hengey.  “We want to help our veterans and their families transition successfully into civilian life, which is why we are thrilled to be partnering with Bunker Labs Philadelphia, an organization that is making a difference for military veterans.”

In addition to Boeing’s continued support, programming for Bunker Labs PHL is made possible through contributions from companies like Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Comcast NBC Universal, FedEx Freight, Ford Foundation, CSL Behring, Hussian College and Lincoln Financial Foundation who are all committed to supporting veteran entrepreneurs.
